The festival takes place in June 24th - 28th 2026

The festival will take place at our two theatres in Stockholm, Sweden. Our “large” venue PIK Vasastan (100 seats at the main stage and 30 seats at the basement stage) ) is on Hagagatan 48 and our smaller venue PIK Kransen (50 seats) is on Tegelbruksvägen 28.

Latest by the end of March.  We will write to everyone who applied.

We are an improv theatre with strong focus on North American long form in the style of UCB and Second city. We own two theatres in Stockholm where we do improv- and written sketch shows, improv classes and corporate work.

My Gudmundsdotter and Erik Broström are the owners and visionaries behind Presens.

All workshops and shows (with a few exceptions) will be in English.

You can experience the festival in two ways: either by purchasing individual tickets to specific performances, or by getting a Festival Pass, which gives you access to the entire program. If you plan to attend more than one show, the Festival Pass is by far the best value.

Festival Pass

With a Festival Pass, you’re welcome to attend all performances at no additional cost. For each event, we reserve a limited number of seats specifically for Festival Pass holders.

Please note: entry with a Festival Pass works on a first-come, first-served basis. We strongly recommend arriving early!

Pik Vasastan: 100 seats
Pik Kransen: 50 seats

If you don’t have time to queue, or if you expect a performance to be especially popular, you can secure a guaranteed seat in advance. As a Festival Pass holder, this costs 50% of the regular ticket price and guarantees your entry regardless of demand.

Early Early Bird: 499 SEK (available until April 1)
Early Bird: 699 SEK (available until May 1)
Regular price: 999 SEK

As a performer you can buy a performer pass for 420 SEK (~40 Euro). With a Performer Pass, you can attend all shows with no additional cost and are welcome to all our gatherings. Entry also works on a first-come, first-served basis. If you’d rather skip the queue or make sure you have a seat, you can purchase guaranteed entry to individual performances at a discounted rate.

As a performer you get to buy a festival pass for a discounted price which includes a T-shirt and some other goodies. You are also invited to our kick off party on Wednesday evening and a wrap up party on Saturday. That said, we love to party and each night we’ll have a nice hang out at our cozy theatre!

Unfortunately, our venues are downstairs and not wheelchair accessible. However, we are more than happy to assist in any way we can! If you need help with carrying or if there’s anything else we can do to make your visit easier, please don’t hesitate to reach out. We’ll do our best to find a solution together.

Accessible restroom is on street level and accessible parking space is right outside.
